Grey hoody agent appears to run off with victim’s pistol immediately before the victim is shot, take a look. He enters the scuffle both hands free, never reaches toward his belt, and is the first to turn and run, while holding a pistol, THEN the other agents mag dump.
This is my own speculation, but I think the victim had a concealed carry weapon in his waist, small of his back, this grey hoody agent grabbed it and that’s the gun that appears in his hands.
If this is true, then this is murder. Concealed carry does not warrant execution. Even if he was illegally carrying, still doesn’t warrant execution.
EVEN IF HE HAD THE GUN IN HIS HAND TRYING TO SHOOT(which clearly isn’t the case here), once that gun was in the possession of the agents, there’s no longer a lethal threat and they don’t have justification to shoot.
