Kegsbreath's "Dept of War" almost started a WAR WITH CHINA because one of their high-T Special Operations analysts used an AI chatbot to determine that a Chinese vessel inbound to Iran was carrying nuclear weapons components. Aircraft were in the air with an armed boarding party when a last-minute review of the intelligence revealed that it'd been generated with AI. They have no idea what the ship was actually carrying.
