Brazil's Federal Police seized computer & communications equipment in Sao Paulo in an investigation into US interference in their presidential elections. The director of Brazil’s Federal Police announced Sunday that they’re investigating external interference by the United States in the country’s elections.
Brazil’s in a similar spot to the US, Flavio Bolsonaro, the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro took 1st place with 47% of the vote in the recent elections, they’ll have another round of elections on Oct 25th to decide who will lead Brazil. Jair Bolsonaro was convicted by Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court and sentenced to 27 years and 3 months in prison for conspiring to overturn the 2022 elections and inciting riots on January 8th and was aware of plots to assassinate the current president and sitting supreme court justices. And now his son might be the next president of Brazil.
Unsurprisingly, trump is a huge supporter of Bolsonaro, and the trump regime has diverted human rights funds, taxpayer dollars to support the far-right in Brazil.
