It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it! - George Carlin
Master Sergeant Gannon Ken Van Dyke of Fayetteville, NC was arrested on the 23rd and charged with unlawful use of confidential government information for personal gain, theft of nonpublic government information, commodities fraud, wire fraud, and making an unlawful monetary transaction.
As reported by PBS, Van Dyke was involved in the planning and execution of the Maduro capture operation in Venezuela. The operation planning started on December 8th, 2025 and he created a Polymarket account toward the end of December making 13 bets that the U.S. would put boots on the ground in Venezuela and that Maduro would be out by January 31, 2026.
FBI Director Kash Patel said the announcement makes it clear that no one is above the law.
“Any clearance holders thinking of cashing in their access and knowledge for personal gain will be held accountable,” he said in a statement.
Reuters reported that Van Dyke was pictured on the deck of an aircraft carrier on January 3rd(the date of the Maduro capture) at sunrise, holding a rifle, standing alongside three others in military fatigues. *Given the fact that Van Dyke is from Fayetteville, NC where Delta Force is based out of, and the fact that he participated int his operation in the role of infantry means Van Dyke was likely a member of Delta Force.
Polymarket is the platform that allowed Van Dyke to make $400k profit from his initial bet of ~$32,000 in the span of a week. Polymarket is the latest demon birthed by our late-stage capitalist system. Predictions markets are another decoupling of wealth from the people who actually create that wealth, aka the working class. This decoupling, or wealth gap inevitably ends in collapse, revolution, wars, and famines, because capital and money isn’t real.
What’s real are the crops that get planted in the ground. I reported on the coming global food crisis last week. On March 17th the UN World Food Program estimated that 45 million people could be pushed into acute hunger, that’s in addition to the 318 million who already live with food insecurity. This estimate was made over a month ago, I’m sure that number if calculated today will be much higher given that the strait still remains closed with no sign of the conflict ending.
Being a thru-hiker teaches you that money can’t buy you things when there’s nothing for sale. I didn’t ration my food well the first time I hiked the 100 mile wilderness on the Appalachian Trail in Maine. I’d been in the 100 mile wilderness for 10 days and was completely out of food on my last day. I would have paid a hundred dollars for a burger. But there was no burger for-sale in the middle of the woods in Maine. My money was worthless.
The closure of the strait of Hormuz is destroying the real economy. It’s hurting the working class, shutting down factories and keeping farmers from fertilizing their fields. The BBC reported that factories in Morbi, India, a manufacturing hub that produces 80% of India’s ceramics has been shut down since early March due to increased LPG gas prices, putting 400,000 workers out of work. The WSJ reported that India saw its largest labor protests in years in April, triggered in part by economic pain inflicted by the war against Iran.
But Trump, along with his billionaire buddies who are all members of the Epstein class don’t care. They have made untold billions through insider trades. On March 23, insiders sold $500 million in oil futures 15 minutes before Trump announced that he would delay attacks on Iran’s energy infrastructure. His Truth post triggered a 15% drop in crude oil price. On April 7th $950 million was sold just before the two week ceasefire announcement was made. On the 17th insiders won big again after shorting oil for $760 million just 20 minutes before an announcement that sent oil down 11%.
The U.S. has now killed 178 people with drone strikes in the Pacific and yet no one in the entire chain of command has been charged with any crimes. ‘We were terrified they were going to kill us’ that’s what the Ecuadorian crew who survived two drone-strikes told the Guardian.
The Ecuadorian boat was struck twice by missiles before being boarded by U.S. forces. “They handcuffed us, put hoods over our heads and pushed us around. We were terrified they were going to kill us.” The surviving crew were interrogated and then sent to El Salvador where they were questioned further at a military facility before being handed over to a UN shelter. Clearly these drone-strike victims were not running drugs because the U.S. let them go.
178 people murdered in 52 attacks, and the U.S. has provided zero evidence that any of them were drug runners. Even if they were drug runners there is not a nation on this planet where it is legal to extrajudicially execute someone on the suspicion of being a drug runner. Even El Salvador holds mass show trials for the people they accuse of being drug dealers and gang members.
The Philippines’ former authoritarian strongman Rodrigo Duterte is currently under custody of the ICC and he is facing charges of crimes against humanity because he ordered the extrajudicial killings of thousands of people during his “war on drugs.” Between 2011 and 2019 Duterte ordered his police and military to summarily execute thousands of people who they accused of being drug dealers. There is literally no difference to what the U.S. is doing in the Pacific.
Yet no one is being investigated for these crimes. The message is clear. You can be an enforcer for Epstein class and murder with impunity. In his first term Trump pardoned the blackwater mercenaries who murdered 14 civilians including two children in Iraq. You can murder American citizens with impunity, the murderers of Renee Good and Alex Pretti are still walking free. You can kidnap people, throw them into horrific concentration camps, murder them inside the camps(46 dead now in ICE detention since Jan 2025), and you’re good go! The camp guard who choked Geraldo Lunas Campos to death in Camp East Montana is still walking free.
Oh, but don’t you dare profit off of your criminal actions. Profiting is reserved for the Epstein class. Like Trump donor Nathan Albert who got contracted out to build the $1.24 billion dollar Camp East Montana where Geraldo Lunas Campos was murdered. Or his buddy Charles Schwab who made $2.5 billion in a day after Trump’s tariff market manipulations in 2025.
You’re not part of the club. If you were, you could be like Trump’s sons who are backing a drone company that plans to sell 10,000 drones a month to the Department of Defense. Or the 78 members of congress who violated the STOCK Act and received only $200 in fines, many of which were waived by ethics committees.
Be a good little soldier and stick to killing. The profits are not meant for you. Be a good little worker and ignore the fact that the top 500 individuals saw their wealth grow by 2.2 trillion in 2025. Just grind harder, your job is to labor, not to profit.
You know, if I were a Delta operator with all that training and experience, and I watched my teammate get charged for insider trading while I knew that my Commander in Chief and his entire government had made countless billions in profit from committing those same crimes, without any accountability, I’d be thinking about reminding the Epstein class of the ole Mao quote that says, “[p]olitical power grows from the barrel of a gun.”

Low hanging fruit, while the Trump family & friends are making billions with their tricksy ways. Pug eyed Kash and his stale Judge Dredd line; ”no one is above the law”. Says the paedo protector.
Bunch of fuckwad hypocrites 🤬🤬🤬
