“Did you know that one precision strike could cause 350 million Chinese to ching their last chong?” This disturbing tweet has been making its rounds on the internet as the trump regime continues to escalate its tariff trade war with China. The latest is that China tariffs now stand at 145% meaning goods imported from China are taxed at 2.45 times their original price. The image attached to this caption is one of the Three Gorges Dam. This regime has shown time and again that it will embolden the most vile tendencies in the racists and bigots in the US. I don’t feel safe leaving the house without carrying my Glock 43x now when I’m back in Missouri. This has been my SOP since 2016.

The Three Gorges Dam is a hydroelectric gravity dam that spans the Yangtze River near Sandouping in Yiling District, Yichang, Hubei province, central China, downstream of the Three Gorges. The world's largest power station by installed capacity. An important function of the dam is to control flooding, which is a major problem for the seasonal river of the Yangtze. Millions of people live downstream of the dam, with many large, important cities like Wuhan, Nanjing, and Shanghai located adjacent to the river. Large areas of farmland and China's most important industrial area are situated beside the river.

Do people ever come up to you in a bar, push their hands together in a gesture of mock prayer, bow to you and say “Konnichiwa”? How many times have strangers made kung-fu gestures and yell “hwaaaaaaaaa” at you as you walk by on the street? Did children pull their eyes into slits and leer at you while you rode the bus home from school? Do people ask you “no but like where are you REALLY from” after you tell them you grew up in Missouri?

This is what immigrants and people of color deal with every day in the United States. This is what I’ve dealt with my whole life growing up in rural Missouri. Last year on the Appalachian Trail I had a drunk hiker come up to me at Uncle Johnny’s and ask “hey, are you Korean?”

Me: “No.”

Him: “Well, do you know how to say ‘no’ in Korean?”

Me: “I’m not Korean man, I was born in China.”

Him: “Wow, your accent is really good!”

In a McDonald’s in Hampton, TN a group of old men wearing veteran hats were having coffee. One of them called me over. “Hey, I got a question for you. Are ya Chinese or Japanese?”

Me: “I was born in China but grew up in Missouri.”

Him: “Aw, shit, I lost a bet.” He proceeded to hand his buddy a $10 bill.

It seemed like we were moving in a direction of diversity, equity, and inclusion with the election of president Obama. But wow, the resurgence of hateful bigotry and racism in the last decade has shocked me. It shouldn’t have shocked me though.

America has always been a deeply racist country. How can a nation founded on the genocide of the native population and built on the back of slaves be anything else? What we are experiencing today is the inevitable karmic fallout. The progressive movements of the 21st century only drove that hatred underground. It briefly became socially unacceptable to be racist, so the racists became more quiet. They didn’t change their views. The only lesson they learned is that they are more successful if they camouflage their most vile views behind patriotism, nationalism, and “Christian values.” They just spread their ethnocidal rhetoric behind closed doors, quietly grew the memberships of white supremacy militia groups, and stockpiled weapons and ammo.

I fear that the moment these white power militias have been arming, training, and fetishizing is upon us. Hitler needed his Sturmabteilung, or brown shirts to come to power because there were not enough supporters willing to do brutal violence against his enemies in the regular military and law enforcement. So he built a two million strong paramilitary filled with the most vile, hateful, racist Germans. The SA recruited heavily from the dregs of society. Angry, frustrated losers. Failures who didn’t have enough self-awareness to reflect that perhaps their failures were of their own making. Failures who found easy scapegoats in the success of Jews and other hard working minorities and immigrants.

Hitler unleashed the Sturmabteilung on his political enemies and most especially the Jews. This is what’s next for America. It’s no accident that trump pardoned 1,600 January 6 insurrectionists on his first day in office.

Among those reprieved were members of far-right extremist groups. Enrique Torrio, a Proud Boys leader, was sentenced to 22 years in prison after a jury of his peers found him guilty of seditious conspiracy. Stewart Rhodes, who founded the Oath Keepers, was serving an 18-year sentence on the same charges. By Tuesday afternoon, both men were free.

But Trump’s move amounts to more than fulfilling a campaign promise. Former prosecutors and legal experts fear it has far-reaching implications for the rule of law in the coming years, sending a message to Trump fanatics that they can commit crimes on the President’s behalf with impunity. “I worry that it will embolden people to engage in political violence, so long as they are acting in service to the leader,” says Barbara McQuade, a former U.S. Attorney. “I think this provides license for people to engage in that kind of vigilantism, and that's a very dangerous place for a democracy to be.” -Time.com

I suspect that some of these masked up goons we see in videos dragging people into unmarked vehicles with blacked out license plates are in-fact not federal agents at all. Half my Army unit worked as local, state, or federal law enforcement. Law enforcement have a very noticeable demeanor. The way they stand. The way they talk. The way they engage with the public. While they are not required by law to identify themselves, many jurisdictions have policies that they should. After all, what does a law enforcement officer need to hide when they’re carrying out their official acts in the line of duty?

The videos coming to light now of supposed ICE agents smashing car windows and snatching immigrants off the streets sends off alarm bells in my mind. They don’t carry themselves like federally trained law enforcement. They’re too twitchy, too unsure and too nervous. They don’t move with purpose or engage with violence of action. Often they meekly cluster around a target until one works up the nerve to grab the target. They hide their faces with balaclavas and neck gaiters. When confronted by citizens they often hop in their vehicles and flee rather than show a badge or identification.

If these are legitimate law enforcement officers carrying out legal duties in their official capacity then what do they have to hide?

Former Blackwater CEO Erik Prince and a team of defense contractors are pitching the White House on a plan to vastly expand deportations to El Salvador — transporting thousands of immigrants from U.S. holding facilities to a sprawling maximum security prison in Central America.

The proposal, exclusively obtained by POLITICO, says it would target “criminal illegal aliens” and would attempt to avoid legal challenges by designating part of the prison — which has drawn accusations of violence and overcrowding from human rights groups — as American territory.

Prince and his group’s earlier proposal to the White House was a more expansive mass deportation plan that included an army of private agents promising to arrest and remove 12 million people at a cost of $25 billion. That plan, which has not been publicly embraced by the White House, also raised a host of legal issues, some of which overlap with the newest plan. -Politico

This is the regime’s plan. They will create a private army full of the worst of the worst. The dregs of our society. Failures in every respect. People who blame their failures not on their own shortcomings, but on immigrants and minorities. These are the people we need to be on guard for. I don’t believe the US military will ever pose a true threat to the American populace. I do believe that an army of brown shirts would terrorize towns and cities just like ISIS terrorized the Middle East.

They have already been operating on the southern border for decades and have murdered civilians while fraudulently misrepresenting themselves as US Marshals and Border Patrol. This is not some fear mongering wild speculation. These militias are ALREADY misrepresenting themselves as federal law enforcement and trampling the civil rights of others and in this case murdered a nine year old girl and her father.

A 911 recording released by a southern Arizona sheriff's department captures a woman pleading for help after assailants broke into her home and fatally shot her husband and 9-year-old daughter.

The mother can be heard crying out in pain from a gunshot wound she received in the May 30 attack at her home in rural Arivaca. As she politely begs a dispatcher to send help quickly, 31-year-old Gina Marie Gonzalez becomes frantic as the attackers return.

"They're coming back in! They're coming back in!" she yells to a 911 operator.

The sound of at least nine gunshots is heard as Gonzalez engages in a gunbattle with intruders in her home south of Tucson and about 10 miles from border with Mexico.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department last week arrested a woman and two men in connection with the attack. The suspects are members of a small anti-illegal immigration group that sought cash or drugs to fund border watch operations, police say.

Dressed as law enforcement officers

The intruders dressed as law enforcement officers when they broke into the home at about 1 a.m., police say. The slain father, 29-year-old Raul Junior Flores, was believed to be involved with drug trafficking, police say, but officers don't think the assailants found much cash or drugs in the home.

"They told us somebody had escaped jail or something. They wanted to come in and look at my house," Gonzalez tells the 911 operator. "They just shot my husband and they shot my daughter and they shot me. Oh my God, ma'am, I can't believe this is happening."

Gonzalez says on the recording that her daughter, Brisenia Flores, was crying before the assailants shot her in the head. -NBC News

It’s disgusting that these news outlets won’t call these people what they are. They’re right-wing white supremacists militia members. Not “border activists” or “anti-illegal immigration group” whatever other BS white-washing term they come up with. They’re an armed gang that targets minorities because of hate. Period.

A commenter left the perfect description for these Christian Nationalist right-wing extremists. CRISIS. We will be facing a reign of terror from CRISIS in the coming months.

This regime is losing its hold on power. The tide of public opinion is turning against them. As they feel more cornered and more threatened they will activate all of their assets in a last ditch death-rattle effort to cling to power. They will activate white-supremacist militias across the nation. Prepare yourselves. This is what’s coming. I am certain that the people will win out, but it will not be peaceful and it will not be without cost. Prepare yourselves.
