Here’s the timeline of events around Epstein, I will lay out Pam Bondi’s timeline after. I added bold to parts I found especially interesting.
First arrest:
According to The Washington Post, Palm Beach police were tipped off in November 2004 about young women coming and going from Epstein's home.[123] Epstein donated $90,000 to the police department on December 14.[118]
In March 2005, a woman contacted Florida's Palm Beach Police Department and alleged that her 14-year-old stepdaughter had been taken to Epstein's mansion by an older girl. While there, she was allegedly paid $300 to strip and massage Epstein.[124] She had allegedly undressed, but left the encounter wearing her underwear.[125] Palm Beach Police began a 13-month undercover investigation of Epstein, including a search of his Palm Beach home.[68][126][127]
In May 2006, Palm Beach police filed a probable cause affidavit saying that Epstein should be charged with four counts of unlawful sex with minors and one count of sexual abuse.[125][140]
On July 27, 2006, Epstein was arrested by the Palm Beach Police Department on state felony charges of procuring a minor for prostitution and solicitation of a prostitute. He was booked at the Palm Beach County jail and later released on a $3,000 bond.[141][142][143]
In July 2006, the FBI began its own investigation of Epstein, nicknamed "Operation Leap Year".[68] Epstein's lawyers met with federal prosecutors, asking them to end the federal investigation so Epstein could instead face a single Florida charge of solicitation of a prostitute.[148] The federal investigation continued nonetheless, and in May 2007 federal prosecutor Marie Villafaña drafted a 53-page, 60-count indictment.[68] She also wrote an 82-page memo for her supervisors, who included Alexander Acosta, the then attorney for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida; Jeffrey Sloman, then the First Assistant U.S. Attorney; and Matthew Menchel, then the chief of the Miami criminal division.[148]
Acosta agreed to a plea deal, which Alan Dershowitz helped to negotiate,[149] to grant immunity from all federal criminal charges to Epstein, along with four named co-conspirators and any unnamed "potential co-conspirators".[74] According to the Miami Herald, the non-prosecution agreement "essentially shut down an ongoing FBI probe into whether there were more victims and other powerful people who took part in Epstein's sex crimes."[74] At the time, this halted the investigation and sealed the indictment.[74] The Miami Herald said: "Acosta agreed, despite a federal law to the contrary, that the deal would be kept from the victims."[74]
The plea deal was subsequently described as a "sweetheart deal".[150] Acosta later said he offered a lenient plea deal because he was told that Epstein "belonged to intelligence", was "above his pay grade" and to "leave it alone".[38][39][151] On June 30, 2008, in the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Epstein pled guilty to one count of "Felony Solicitation of Prostitution" and one count of "Procuring Person under 18 for Prostitution." He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and officially registered as a Sexual Offender.[152] Also as part of the deal he was required to pay restitution to three dozen victims identified by the FBI.[74][108]
On June 30, 2008, after Epstein pleaded guilty to a state charge of procuring for prostitution a girl below age 18,[157] he was sentenced to eighteen months in prison. While most convicted sex offenders in Florida are sent to state prison, Epstein was instead housed in a private wing of the Palm Beach County Stockade and, according to the sheriff's office, was, after 3+1⁄2 months, allowed to leave the jail on "work release" for up to twelve hours a day, six days a week. This contravened the sheriff's own policies requiring a maximum remaining sentence of ten months and making sex offenders ineligible for the privilege. He was allowed to come and go outside of specified release hours.[136]
Second Arrest:
On July 6, 2019, Epstein was arrested when he returned to the U.S. from France by the FBI-NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey on charges of sex trafficking during the years 2002 to 2005.[11][172] He was jailed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City.[173]
On July 8, prosecutors with the Public Corruption Unit of the Southern District of New York under Geoffrey Berman charged him with sex trafficking and conspiracy to traffic minors for sex. The grand jury indictment alleges that "dozens" of underage girls were brought into Epstein's mansions for sexual encounters.[177][178][179]
On July 23, 2019, Epstein was found injured and semiconscious at 1:30 a.m. on the floor of his cell, with marks around his neck.
On August 23, 2019, the prosecutor's office in Paris, France, opened a preliminary investigation into Epstein, after Yael Mellul wrote to the Paris prosecutor to report the international dimensions of the pedophile network involving Epstein, criticizing the slow pace of justice.[184] An associate of Epstein, modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, was arrested during this investigation, but was found dead in his jail cell in 2022.[186]
Pam Bondi’s Timeline in Relation to Epstein and Trump:
She served as an assistant state attorney in Hillsborough County, Florida, from 1994 to 2009.
In 2010, Bondi was elected attorney general of Florida, becoming the first woman to serve in the position. She was re-elected in 2014, becoming the first Republican to win a second term. She was term-limited in 2018, and was succeeded by fellow Republican Ashley Moody.
Bondi served as the attorney general of Florida from January 4, 2011 to January 8, 2019.
Here’s Bondi’s 2014 AG ad, “I’ll fight to put human trafficking monsters where they belong, behind bars.”
Epstein’s “Deal of a Lifetime”
Bondi was not involved in Epstein’s 2008 “deal of a lifetime.” That deal was struck by Alex Acosta, then U.S. attorney for southern Florida, who would go on to serve as Trump’s Labor Secretary in 2017. Epstein was facing 45 years in prison but instead received only 13 months in county jail, of which he was allowed to freely leave on “work release” after serving just three months. This “sweetheart deal” granted immunity to “any potential co-conspirators”. As a result of the deal, neither the victims nor the judge would know the full extent of Epstein’s crimes.
Trump Donated 25k to Bondi in 2013
In 2013, as AG of Florida Bondi had received at least 22 fraud complaints regarding Trump University. Similar complaints in New York prompted its attorney general, Eric Schneiderman, to file a lawsuit, calling Trump’s get-rich seminars a “bait and switch scheme.”
Yet in Florida, there was no action. So the Orlando Sentinel made an inquiry, and Bondi’s office vowed to look into the matter in a story that ran on Sept. 14, 2013. Three days later, Trump’s charitable foundation cut a check to a committee supporting Bondi’s re-election campaign — for $25,000.
Bondi acknowledged approaching Trump for a monetary donation.
After receiving this 25k donation, Bondi’s office declined to pursue an investigation into Trump University, despite all the complaints the Florida AG’s office had received.
In 2016, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed a complaint with the IRS. "Charitable foundations like the Trump Foundation are not allowed to engage in politics," CREW later wrote. "Even more problematic was the fact that the contribution was given as Bondi’s office was deciding whether to take legal action related to Trump University." The payment of the donation from a philanthropic foundation was illegal, and Trump's entity ended up paying a $2,500 fine.
The ethic’s panel concluded Bondi’s dealings raised ‘suspicions’ but did not violate laws.
April 10th, 2018, a federal judge in the Southern District of California finalized a $25 million settlement to be paid to attendees of the now-defunct real estate seminar called Trump University.
In November 2019, Trump was ordered by a New York state court to close down the foundation and pay $2 million in damages for misusing it, including the illegal donation to Bondi.
Epstein & Bondi
From Bloomberg article titled Bondi Has Been Failing Epstein’s Victims for Years, “As Florida’s attorney general from 2011 to 2019, Bondi was the state’s top prosecutor as lawsuits piled up from Epstein’s victims challenging the secret plea deal that state and federal officials negotiated in 2008. The prosecutors not only allowed Epstein and four of his co-conspirators to be immunized from further prosecution for sexually exploiting women and girls, courts concluded they also illegally hid the agreement from the victims so they couldn’t protest the deal in court.”
January of 2015: Virginia Giuffre files court papers in Florida claiming that she was forced by Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew and lawyer Alan Dershowitz when she was underage. In a sworn affidavit, she provides photographs of her with the prince and with Epstein’s close associate, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell. She claims Maxwell worked as Epstein’s madam.
November 28, 2018: The Miami Herald published the first in its series of investigative reporting on Epstein titled “How a future Trump Cabinet member gave a serial sex abuser the deal of a lifetime”. This series was the catalyst that lead to Epstein's arrest on July 6th of 2019.
July 12, 2019: “Acosta resigns as Trump’s labor secretary two days after defending Epstein plea deal.”
December 2018: Civil trial is scheduled in Palm Beach County Court on Bradley Edwards’ allegations that Epstein sued him to punish him for representing several of his victims.
The above is just the timeline of cases and media regarding Epstein specifically from Florida during Bondi’s tenure as AG of Florida.
March 2011: Two of Epstein’s victims file a motion in federal court accusing the government of violating their rights by failing to notify them about the plea deal and keeping it secret.
November 2011: Epstein must register in New York as the highest and most dangerous level of sex offender, despite efforts by him and the New York District Attorney’s office to lower the classification.
June 2016: A lawsuit is filed in Manhattan by a woman who once used the name Katie Johnson, claiming that she was raped by then-presidential candidate Donald Trump at a party at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion in 1994 when she was 13 years old.
I find it beyond credulity that Bondi had no awareness of Epstein during her entire tenure as an AG. She ran specifically on the campaign promise to lock up sex traffickers. Are we to believe that she was unaware of possibly the most high-profile sex-trafficker in the world, who lived as a registered sex offender in her state?
Are we to believe that in 2015 when Virginia Giuffre filed court documents in Florida no one informed Attorney General Bondi that Giuffre had just accused Epstein and Prince Andrew of having sex with her when she was a child?
Are we to believe that no one informed the Florida AG in 2016 that a registered sex offender residing in her state had been implicated in a lawsuit filed in Manhattan by Katie Johnson claiming that Trump raped her at a party in Epstein’s Manhattan mansion in 1994, when she was 13 years old?
Are we to believe that no one forwarded the 2018 Miami Herald article which brought down Acosta to the sitting Florida AG? Why didn’t she immediately start an investigation at the time?
We are to believe that Bondi was wholly ignorant of Epstein’s crimes. Because if she wasn’t ignorant, then why did she not investigate him during her eight years as Florida AG?
US Attorney General
I don’t think Bondi is incompetent. I don’t think she is unqualified. I think she is the most qualified person to be placed in the job of ensuring that the truth of Epstein’s crimes and the truth of his co-conspirators is never revealed.
What better person to put in-charge of the DOJ than the woman who already took money from Trump’s organization and then declined to investigate Trump University, despite over 22 complaints filed in Florida? Who better to ensure that the extent of Epstein’s crimes are never released than the Florida Attorney General who had eight years to investigate Epstein, but never did.
Alex Acosta was rewarded for his efforts in burying Epstein’s crimes with his Labor Secretary position. It fits the pattern to give the DOJ to Pam Bondi.
Now to be clear, I haven’t found a smoking gun that Pam Bondi is guilty. But like her ethic’s panel said, her actions are “suspicious.”
Bondi was paid to look the other way as are some of our state Senators and Congressmen/women. It’s called “bribery” and it is running rampant in our government right now. Don’t think Democrats are immune. Some of them are being bribed as well. Make no mistake. Why do you think Congress is castrated into voting against the best interests of the people and this country? It’s because of the money.
Get money out of politics!!! Money from corporate interests is the systemic rot inside our government.
Pam Bondi is the poster child for the systemic rot and corruption and greed in our government.

ALL PARDONS GIVEN BY A SITTING PRESIDENT MUST BE CONDITIONAL
If a sitting President is a convicted felon, impeached or is convicted in any court of any felony for crimes committed while they were President, then the following applies.
If a sitting President is a convicted felon, is impeached or is convicted in any court for any felony for crimes committed while they were President, then all pardons given by a sitting president while they were in office are automatically voided. And those voided pardoned individuals must surrender forthwith to finish their sentences.
Failure to surrender forthwith carries a life sentence with no chance of a pardon again. This will be an ex post facto law, which should be allowed because they were already convicted, and a criminal act freed them unfairly.
This is similar to the law that said all felons must give a DNA sample, even if their conviction happened before the DNA law went into effect.
In any event, when Trump is Impeached, this law will send all of them back to prison.
