Debunked: "Ex-CIA Whistleblower: 'The NSA Audited The 2024 Election, Kamala Harris Won'"

Here’s the link to the original SubStack article. I’ve seen this reposted dozens of times across reddit and the social media accounts I follow and I’ve got to say, I’m alarmed. Not at the content of the article, but at people’s lack of critical thinking and media literacy. A reminder: anyone can publish anything on SubStack and anyone can publish an eBook. Merely stating that you’re willing to testify is not the same at all as actually testifying in court, under oath. None of that lends you credibility. If you make extraordinary claims, you must provide proof.

Further reminder, we have had many individuals testify to congress, under oath, that we have secret UFO/UAP projects. Testimony in and of itself without further evidence is not a high bar and doesn’t prove anything. But the person making these claims about election fraud hasn’t even gone that far, they’ve simply stated that they will testify and for some reason people on the internet are running with this as if their willingness to testify under oath somehow lends them credibility or authority.

Anyway, here’s the original article and I’ll outline my digging into it below. Please note, this is not a discussion on election interference via electronic voting machines. This article is exploring the allegation that an “ex-CIA whistleblower” performed an audit of the 2024 election with the NSA and found that it was stolen from Kamala.

Conflating Technical Electronic Voting Machine Information with the “Ex-CIA whistleblower”

First red flag is that this post conflates very dense and technical electronic voting machine information with the “Ex-CIA whistleblower” claim. I have searched the SubStack and book of the supposed ex-CIA whistleblower. There is zero mention in either his eBook, or his SubStack of election interference via electronic voting machines.

“This Will Hold”, the SubStack author that posted the “whistleblower allegation” has written numerous posts about election interference via electronic vote counting machine interference. I have no expertise on the subject matter and haven’t looked into it in depth because I can’t follow the technical details. That’s part of what makes this kind of conspiracy so compelling. 99.9% of the people reading will lack the technical expertise to understand what is being said so it’s difficult for anyone to truly parse.

The article opens with this wild quote:

“In December 2024, I was personally involved in an NSA‑authorized forensic audit of the 2024 election. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz won—by a wide margin. Trump lost dramatically. There are multiple layers of complexity to this cover‑up, including transnational organized crime syndicates that extend far beyond the United States and our elections. To that point, I work in the human trafficking sector, which intersects with the stolen election(s) and has ties to Trump and Epstein—not to President Biden, Vice President Harris, or Governor Walz, but to the Democrats and other allied interests responsible for burying the audit.” — Adam Zarnowski, ex-CIA agent and author of Jörmungandr

I’ll touch on the transnational organized crime syndicates later, but boy it’s a doozy.

The article provides no evidence to back up any of these allegations. It goes on to talk about the exclusive interview, and then jumps right into information about ECO 1188.

• Weeks before the 2024 election, Pro V&V quietly removed a critical integrity check—ECO 1188—under a de minimis loophole. No public notice. No federal review. The change eliminated the configuration.ini file and disabled a key security safeguard, opening a back door to remote-access vulnerabilities in tabulation systems. In effect, it could have enabled Musk’s “lasers from space” scenario. This is from an earlier SubStack post by This Will Hold

Here’s where This Will Hold talks about ECO 1188 and then ES&S in previous posts:

Specific voting equipment was never tested or properly certified in at least one Pennsylvania county, ES&S was made aware of this oversight—and yet it was falsely approved by Maryann Dillon, the now-retired Director of Elections in Cambria County. Link to said post.

At a casual glance it appears that the technically dense and difficult to parse information about the electronic voting machines, the ECO 1188, ES&S, all of that is information given by the whistleblower to substantiate his claims. This is not true. Everything written after ECO 1188: The Unlocked Backdoor is written by the author of the “This Will Hold” SubStack.

Do you see the issue here? The article conflates the wild claims by this supposed CIA whistleblower with the technical information about electronic voting machines. I am not making any assertion on the credibility of any of the information about electronic voting machines. That’s too technical for me to understand.

I am making the assertion that it is highly disingenuous at best and outright disinformation at worst to start your article off with the allegation that a ex-CIA whistleblower conducted an election audit for the NSA and found that it had been stolen, and then follow it up with unrelated allegations about the integrity of voting machine systems and make it appear as if this is information that was provided by the supposed whistleblower.

Again, I dug through the “CIA whistleblower’s” SubStack and book. Not a single mention of any of these keywords like ECO 1188, ES&S, or even keywords such as “voting machine.” He doesn’t write about voting machines.

What does this supposed CIA-whistleblower have to say in his own published article about 2024 election interference?

The “This Will Hold” article gives no actual evidence or proof, but the supposed CIA-whistleblower has his own SubStack so let’s see what he has to say himself.

The results of the 2024 United States elections were manipulated.

I know this as I was personally involved in an NSA-authorized forensic audit of said election results (again, I said none of this was classified, and the people in charge know I am planning to speak about it; further, I know that this wasn’t classified as it was set up over Signal, and much more importantly, I gave up my TS/SCI clearance years ago).

Don’t worry, the data is safe - the bad guys can’t get to it. We made sure of that. But I feel like I’m burying the lede here: the current junta ruling the United States is illegitimate. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz won the 2024 presidential election, and not by an insignificant amount, either.

So far, everything that the Election Truth Alliance and Smart Elections has documented matches the findings of this audit to a “T”. Also, to the members of the ETA, I do apologize for holding out on you, but there was one lion of a problem during our brief meeting if you recall. Glad that’s sorted now.

Now, there’s a reason that you’re all just now hearing about this forensic audit, and it’s quite simple: for one, none of y’all would believe me if it wasn’t for the aforementioned meteor shards raining down upon us, and two, to somehow make matters even worse… the Democrats buried it. Trust me, the corruption runs deeper than you want to know, but that certainly explains a lot, doesn’t it?

Also, there’s something to be said about the Socratic method I suppose, but I digress.

It gets worse, unfortunately, but let’s pause here for a moment. Some of the evidence that we have gathered on this front - including much of which has never been seen by the public before - is included in the book (including a very nice graph of the quantum crypto algorithm [which is actually a thing, I must emphasize] involved in promoting this nonsense, what’s been described as “Cambridge Analytica on steroids,” and much, much more).

So to start, we need a full, forensic hand-count of the 2024 Presidential election immediately.

Also, we probably need to do a forensic hand-count of every 2024 election, beginning with Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN). Again, I know some things, and this has been going on for some time - and it’s not just Russia that’s involved. As a reminder, I know this as I helped the NSA collect the data myself - and I’m prepared to testify to this fact in court under oath and under penalty of perjury. In fact, once the immediate crisis is over, it’s probably worth going back for the past two decades at the bare minimum to see how long American democracy has been “managed.” Unfortunately, we also need to put a pin in that thought for a minute, because there’s a lot more you need to be aware of.

How this all connects back to my area of expertise is… well, it’s complicated. extremely complicated. To put it simply, this is all about slavery and inequality, and it always has been. For some of you that will make a lot of sense, but for others, through no fault of your own, it might take a bit of an explanation. What do you notice? A whole bunch of paragraphs that don’t say anything at all. He makes a claim, and then talks in circles for a while, then tells you to read his book. The book, which doesn’t mention anything about 2024 election interference by the way - I searched the book.

What Does his Book Actually Say?

Let me say this. I have not read the whole book. I do not intend to. If any of you brave people actually do read the book I am open to your opinion. What I have skimmed over and read leads me to conclude that this is pretty simple paranoid-conspiracy nonsense. This is an excerpt from his chapter 11, which I was interested in because he cites 1,298 books for his chapter 11. His list of citations is about the same length as his chapter. Alright, let’s see what he actually has to say here in this chapter which cited 1,298 different books.

Suddenly it becomes clear that the only reason that Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial didn’t get more press was because of how catastrophically damaging it would have been for Israel. The genocide of black and brown bodies in faraway places might be all well and good, but open and frank acknowledgement of the sex trafficking of White American children by admitted Mossad operatives would violate a certain IHRA working definitionis. QAnon, it seems, had served its purpose in poisoning the well quite effectively, much like conservative talking points about election fraud (see footnote 47). Once again one finds the nugget of truth hidden within a myth, after ignoring the distractions and misdirection. Russian intelligence agencies compete with Israeli intelligence operations in this matter, sometimes rather comically bickering on shared communications channels over who was where first and had claim over which child. 1c It would be terribly unfortunate if a transcript of that intercepted conversation were to leak - I think that particular discussion took place in the St. Louis area if I recall correctly.

Much as with the Mormons whom we later connect to this global black market, it’s all about a numbers game and increasing one’s relative population in the world, bringing forth again the ugly specter of both cultural genocide and eugenics. These organizations have a lengthy history of exploiting children (especially Indigenous children) in the United States, especially through the “troubled teen” industry that operates “Scared Straight” boot camps, wilderness programs, and other residential schools and programs (cordially and collectively known as “gulag schools” by the children who have survived them) in coordination with the CIA and the Catholic Church - a pattern that will be explored in the next volume.is

This, in turn, connects back to QAnon through none other than former Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, AKA “Q” (Pangburn, 2017). QAnon, of course, is connected to ISIS through this very same digital general, as is Gamergate - and much, much more. Just wait until you figure out how Harvey Weinstein fits into this same network, or what the whole 23AndMe thing was really about, and how it connects to apartheid South Africa’s Project Coast (Democracy Now, 2025; Stringwall, 2024b; see van Aken & Hammond, 2003; Wired News Report, 1998; Shelton, et al., 2020; Stewartson, 2024i; Szabd, 2025; USAspending 2025).

These facts are related to a historical agreement strikingly similar to the MolotovRibbentrop Pact that was signed in 1962. Known as the Metz Pact, the agreement signed by the Vatican and the Russian Orthodox Church, the Holy See agreed not to condemn Soviet Communism/Marxism in exchange for Russian Orthodox priests serving as observers at the Second Vatican Council. Such an act was not unprecedented for the Vatican, which had made similar agreements through equally clandestine pacts with the Third Reich — as well as with the Soviet Union under Stalin in 1942 under the guidance of Pope Pius XII (Kertzer, 2022; Guimaraes). If there’s something I’m missing here please let me know. I read this and just see conspiracy babble. The time I’ve spent reading over his SubStack and his book it becomes pretty clear to me that this guy is just pulling together different internet conspiracies and building his own web of nonsense.

This is classic internet conspiracy word salad nonsense. From what I can piece together he believes that the wars in Ukraine, and Gaza are directed by a global mafia that runs Israel, Russia, China, and the United States to name a few of the nations. He ties in human trafficking, slavery, pedophiles, all of it into his global conspiracy. This is the same pedophiles run the world right-wing conspiracies just rebranded by a left leaning audience.

His whole book is like this, or at least the parts that I have skimmed.

Keeping this in mind, many would be shocked at what non-profit organizations spend their time and money on. After a particularly grueling and graphic child exploitation investigation that ended in late February of 2023, I returned from a muchneeded mental health break to learn that my organization was being restructured. Everyone was getting new positions starting immediately. I was to go from directing a highly effective and dedicated all-volunteer task force specializing in open-source intelligence that had not only successfully identified vast transnational trafficking networks but had also brought to justice at least one fugitive on the FBI’s top ten most wanted list, to ... a vague-sounding position responsible for mitigating risk for large financial institutions. It’s important to understand that I had no experience in finance or risk management at that time; in fact, I couldn’t even explain what “risk” really was. However, we were assured by senior leadership that it was all well and good, and that this was a positive development that also carried with it the promise of pay in a few months.

Thus began a long period of inactivity. I finally took another position as a social worker to pay the bills despite being advised against it since a salary, I was once again told, was coming in just a few more months. More important was the fact that I wasn’t really doing anything in my fancy new position. Whereas I had previously been identifying traffickers and the trafficked on a daily basis and leading organized teams that also did so on a much larger scale, scarcely any new intelligence was now being sent my way for analysis. I believe my total workload during this intermission consisted of writing one article that was never published. Others also noticed irregularities in the behavior of the leadership and the functioning of the organization, and we all collectively confided in one another as to our frustrations. I began to fear that I needed to resign my position as the organization drifted; meanwhile, the organization’s coffers overflowed.

Then one day I got online to join what was effectively the “officers’ chat,” and was promptly invited to a video conference. I learned that those leaders who were already present weren’t actively working on any trafficking cases; in fact, they were no longer doing anything remotely related to human trafficking at all. They were instead hunting Hamas operatives and feeding the information to Mossad.

The date was October 8, 2023.

To be clear, bringing to justice those responsible for the massacre in Israel the day prior was and is a noble endeavor in my eyes, even if there wasn’t what one could rationally call a ceasefire in place on the day in question. (See Muaddi, 2023, paying particular attention to the date of publication.) But I was still shocked by this turn of events as such actions were clearly not in the organization’s mandate. An argument could be made that locating the missing hostages was relevant, but the conversation made it clear that that wasn’t even a secondary objective to the “hunt” at hand. Our expensive systems and donated resources weren’t being used for their intended purposes. We were supposed to be an organization dedicated to uplifting the vulnerable and the powerless through our application of a special set of skills. Instead, we were literally involved in the waging of war. I declined to participate in the activities despite being invited, and given the scope of the atrocities that followed (and that the intelligence my organization provided to Mossad directly produced), I am grateful for my choice that day. Even more developments soon unfolded as to the senior leadership’s questionable decisions and our allocation of resources, and my resignation quickly followed.

As you may surmise, the much-promised pay never materialized. I was fine, as I had taken the aforementioned social work gig. But some people were considerably less fortunate - including some trafficking and domestic violence survivors.

So, this guy who is supposed to be an expert on human trafficking was… *checks notes* in some sort of all volunteer organization and then had to take a job because he wasn’t getting paid. And he seems to have a grievance against whatever organization he was a part of because their coffers were supposedly “overflowing” yet he wasn’t getting his promised salary, thus necessitating him to take a job.

Come on. Just classic delusions of grandeur you find so common in the internet conspiracy people.

Is he an “Ex-CIA agent”?

So much of this hinges on this claim of being an ex-CIA agent.

I’ve found zero evidence that this guy was ever in the CIA much less employed by the federal government, much less employed period. You can see from his quote I showed in his book that he was part of some all-volunteer human-trafficking online group.

There is zero evidence that this person was part of the CIA or part of any credible organization.

More searching in his book turned up this footnote:

Once the smart contract relationship is understood, and as much as it pains the author to admit, one can see that both Code Pink and Marjorie Taylor Greene were right — albeit for completely wrong reasons (Tress, 2025). Instead of a laser beamed from space, the smart contract simply overheated some particularly vulnerable infrastructure systems, sparking a wildfire

It’s just all nonsense. It’s a terminally online person with a broken brain who wants to cram together every conspiracy he reads about.

Where the War Bonds are Held

The Bank of Israel’s “war bonds” are being held inside cryptocurrency wallets attached to Coinbase. These wallets are owned by IDF and Unit 8200 teams placed inside Oracle Israel under the control of Eran Feienbaum, who reports directly to Safra Katz. A certain U.S. Senator who I’ve previously named is also involved at Katz’ level.

It shouldn’t be terribly difficult to identify the precise wallet addresses for enforcement action to take place; I have it on very good authority that the NSA, NATO, and the EU are quite aware of these wallets’ existence - which really begs the question as to why they haven’t been shut down yet.

I was really wanting to give this guy the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was talking about crypto as in cryptography. Where the phrase “quantum crypto algorithm” might make sense. Nope. He’s talking about cryptocurrency.

Epstein, it must be remembered, ran his sex trafficking operation through this very mafia, with a very important connection to Vladimir Putin’s own AI aspirations having recently been reported on by Craig Unger. This is significant as it draws another link to Israel’s Lavender AI, most famous for its use in targeting Gazans in Israel’s ongoing genocide, but also responsible for directing Russian missiles against civilian targets in Ukraine as revealed in the aforementioned substack article. The bin Laden tie-in is also highly relevant in potentially explaining how certain individuals became compromised, if not turned completely, against the United States.

He makes this claim that Russia is using Israel’s Lavender AI to bomb civilian targets in Ukraine. Except if you actually go to that 972 magazine link(another SubStack) it only reports on Israel’s use of Lavender in Gaza. Zero mention of Russia. Zero mention of Ukraine. This “ex-CIA whistleblower” constantly makes completely false statements like this, and people fall for it because nobody bothers to actually check the sources!!!

In 2010, Donald Trump was in severe legal trouble. The DOJ presented him with a choice: first, they could throw the book at him, and he’d likely spend the rest of his life in jail. Alternatively, he could provide them with a phone number, and all his troubles would magically go away.

Now, Trump didn’t personally have that phone number that was requested, but he knew who did. He made a call to a contact in the Russian government - this contact, not wanting to lose their valuable agent Krasnov, then provided the phone number of the individual in Abbottabad. This was in the latter half of 2010; the Abbottabad operation, of course, took place in May 2011.

This alone raises a number of questions such as, “why did the Russians have bin Laden’s phone number?” and, “how did Donald Trump know who in the Russian government to call to get bin Laden’s number?”

Yet, this misses the much more massive picture before us. We now know that Jeffrey Epstein was deposed as to his relationship with Donald Trump and their interest in underage girls in March of 2010. As I mentioned in a previous substack post and repeatedly in the book, establishing a timeline of events is particularly important to understanding this decades-long nightmare.

Here’s on a different post this supposed ex-CIA whistleblower talks about how trump called Russia to get Bin Laden’s phone number. And then he manages to tie Epstein in there as well. His source to back up these wild claims? Well, you’ve gotta trust that he was a ex-CIA agent privy to all of this high level intelligence.

Is it clear enough now that this is all utter nonsense propagated by the fact that the American public has zero media literacy anymore? The author of the Will It Hold SubStack clearly didn’t do any due diligence, or worse is just pushing disinformation. And then none of the readers spreading this BS is doing any sort of due diligence either. It’s really crazy to me how many reshares and comments that article has when it is so easy to just verify the source of the information yourself!

The Worst Thing Is…

People will read my post and still choose to believe in the fantasy that an ex-CIA whistleblower did do some sort of NSA audit of the election. Because that outrageous claim fits their worldview and my assessment of the facts do not.

Just that whole claim itself is such nonsense. Why would an ex-CIA person who by his own admission is focused on human trafficking be involved in an NSA audit of the election? Why is the NSA auditing the election in the first place? If what he claims is true, why did we just hand over our government to fraudsters and cheaters?

I truly am dismayed by this whole debacle. The amount of people who oppose trump and supposedly are the ones who are living in objective reality, but are willing to believe anything which fits their narrative is simply alarming. We already know that MAGA is completely disconnected from reality. If the resistance also becomes untethered from reality I don’t even know what happens. Nothing good. Nothing productive. I’ve wasted an entire day digging into this complete nonsense story.

Remember, there could be valid facts mixed in with all of this. That’s how conspiracy theories work. They pull together real facts and truth and then mix it all up with allegations and unfounded theories to come to a completely outlandish conspiracy. There very well could be issues with election machines. I think there’s some credible evidence that the 2024 election was tampered with. However, this specific claim holds no water. There is no proof that this man ever worked for the CIA. There is no proof that he conducted an audit with the NSA. And further, the more of his work you read, the more clear it becomes that he is just another terminally online conspiracy wacko which should kill all of his credibility.

There is a new substack circulating from This Will Hold alleging that an NSA whistleblower has claimed the NSA audited the 2024 election and found Trump did not win. I've received several inquiries on my thoughts on this (and I'm cited) so I wanted to offer this 🧵 for those that are interested. 1/

The NSA does not conduct post election audits. Period. It does not have the authority to access either voting systems or ballots. Elections (in 2024) were run entirely at the state level (though the Trump administration is making chilling moves to insert the feds into election administration). 2/

There is no world in which the Biden Administration would have ordered the NSA to access voting machines and ballots, and that wouldn't have caused a huge uproar and become very public very quickly. For the most part, election officials guard their election equipment very closely 3/

...and know that the NSA has no jurisdiction to examine election systems. This is why, despite common misconceptions, the DHS did not do an audit of the 2016 election even though it established that Russian intelligence did try to access and attack

Update 2: This Will Hold responded to my query, they admit that Adam the “ex-CIA whistleblower” never originated the content about the voting machines, the ECO 1188 etc. We’ve still yet to see any evidence of the credentials of the guy, only we need to take the word of Adam and This Will Hold that he’s been vetted. Sorry, being vetted by a random person on SubStack doesn’t cut it for an extraordinary claim of this caliber.

So this proves my assertion that This Will Hold conflated the authoritative looking technical voting machine data with the claims made by the supposed “ex-CIA whistleblower.” If we want to be very charitable with the author we can say this is an honest mistake. My opinion is this was done deliberately because without this conflation the statements made by the supposed “ex-CIA whistleblower” has zero legitimacy, zero proof backing it.
